Embroidery Service Terms & Conditions

Customers may choose from icon embroidery, text embroidery, or a combination of both. Please provide all required embroidery details as follows:

• Icon Embroidery: Select your preferred icon and one embroidery placement.
• Text Embroidery: Enter your preferred text (maximum 3 characters, English letters only). Uppercase and lowercase letters will be embroidered exactly as entered in the text field. Select the font, thread color, and one embroidery placement.
• Icon and Text in Different Placements: Select one placement for the icon and one placement for the text.
• Icon and Text in the Same Placement: Select your preferred embroidery order: Icon + Text or Text + Icon.
  Note: Left and right placement positions are based on the wearer’s perspective.

  Text: BAM — Hem
  Font: Style 1
  Thread Color: Pink

Promotion Terms & Conditions

• Online Promotion Period: 8–10 September 2026.
• Products customized with embroidery according to the customer’s selected specifications cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Orders with embroidery service will begin shipping from 14 September 2026 onwards and will be processed in order of purchase.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the order queue and embroidery processing time.
• JPS, JPS+, and JPSx members can earn and redeem points for additional discounts as usual, in conjunction with this promotion.
